Welcome to CognHire. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; however, we do not provide refunds for partial months or unused periods. If you experience technical issues preventing access to paid features, please contact us at refund@cognhire.in and we will investigate.
All sales are final. CognHire does not offer refunds or credits for any subscription fees, except as required by law. In the event of a technical error on our part that prevents you from using the core functionality, please email refund@cognhire.in and we will review your case and may, at our discretion, issue a credit or refund.
CognHire uses artificial intelligence to generate resume content and recommendations. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be error‑free and you are solely responsible for reviewing and editing your resume before submission to employers. We are not liable for any decisions made by employers based on your use of our service.
You retain ownership of the personal data and content you provide. CognHire owns the platform, software, and algorithms. You may not copy, modify, or reverse‑engineer any part of our service.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) impersonate another person; (c) upload malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will lead to job interviews or employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CognHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
