Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate value delivered upon subscription, we do not offer refunds or credits for any subscription fees, including partial monthly or annual periods, except where required by law.
If you encounter a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or using the core features of your paid subscription (such as the AI resume builder or ATS checker), please contact our technical support team immediately at refund@cognhire.in. We will investigate the issue promptly. If we determine that the problem is on our side and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund or credit.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid term.
